Asphalt Distributor Truck, equipped with insulated tank, thermal oil heating system, precise spray control unit. Capable of spraying hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, modified asphalt uniformly at preset rate. Suitable for prime coat, tack coat, seal coat in highway construction and pavement maintenance projects.
| Tank Material | Inner tank made of Q235 carbon steel, outer layer with stainless steel or aluminum cladding; 50–100mm rock wool or aluminum silicate insulation in between; polyurethane foam used for some high-end models. |
| Other Accessories | Level gauge, thermometer, manhole, safety valve, anti-overflow valve; bottom settling tank for complete suction; optional internal agitation or heat-conducting oil coil to prevent asphalt segregation. |

| Heating and Heat Transfer Oil System | Imported Riello or high-quality domestic diesel burner, indirect heating by heat-conducting oil (temperature control accuracy ±3℃, operating temperature 160–180℃). |
| Burner, heat-conducting oil furnace, circulation pump, radiator, temperature sensor, temperature controller; heat tracing on pipelines to prevent solidification. | |
| Electric heating (when sufficient power is available on construction sites); direct-fired heating (cost-effective type). | |
| Asphalt Pump | QGB680/QGB950 high-viscosity gear pumps (standard); plunger pumps for high-end models (accuracy ±0.5%); equipped with filters to block impurities. |
| Spraying Bar | Three-stage folding type, spraying width 3.5–6m; 18/22/30/34 nozzles with independent pneumatic or electromagnetic control, adjustable to any width. |
| Handheld Spray Gun | 6–10m hose for supplementary spraying on corners and around manhole covers. |
| Cleaning System | Dual system of diesel cleaning and high-pressure air purging to prevent coking in pipelines. |
| Hydraulic System | Power take-off + hydraulic pump + motor; imported proportional valve for flow control; cooling system. |
| Intelligent Control | PLC + touch screen, integrated closed-loop control of vehicle speed, flow rate and temperature; spraying rate 0.2–3 kg/m², accuracy ±2–5%; one-key start/stop in cab, single nozzle control and data recording; optional GPS/4G remote monitoring. |
